Quay Appointments is recruiting for a Call Centre Operator to join a government contact centre in Newcastle. You will handle customer queries by phone, using multiple systems and processes to ensure accurate information and timely responses.

The role runs 35 hours per week on a rotating roster between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with full time on-site work in Newcastle and a potential hybrid arrangement after training. Training lasts two weeks, with nesting support after onboarding.
