About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute our entire marketing engine — website, SEO, funnels, content, and distribution. You bring proven growth-marketing ability — we back you with an unlimited tooling budget, direct access to the Founder, and the freedom to ship.

You'll execute solo today: one person owning the whole engine, measured on one thing — are we generating more qualified inbound leads each month than the last? As Rising Returns grows fast, this role is built to grow with it: the expectation and the opportunity is to build and lead the marketing team over time. This is a doer's role first. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in Sydney CBD, five days a week, reporting directly to the Founder. It's suited to a self-directed operator who thrives on ownership, moves fast, and holds their own standards higher than anyone else would set for them.

Responsibilities

Website (WordPress)

n

- Ship landing page updates, tests, and fixes

- Improve site speed, UX, and on-page conversion
n
- Maintain a clean, performant site
n

SEO

n

n
- Execute the keyword and content plan
n
- Handle on-page SEO, internal linking, and technical fixes
n
- Track rankings and traffic in Google Search Console
n
- Stay ahead of AI search trends (SGE, LLM-driven discovery)
n
- Build and optimise funnels, forms, and automations
n
- Tighten the path from traffic to booked call
n




- Run tests to improve conversion rates
n
- Find and fix leaks wherever they show up
n

Content & Distribution

n

- Publish blogs aligned with the SEO strategy
n
- Post content across all social media platforms with consistent cadence
n
- Ensure every piece is clear, valuable, and conversion-focused
n

Analytics & Reporting

n

n
- Own GA4, Search Console, and GHL reporting
n
- Tell the Founder what's working, what's not, and what to do next
n
- Report on lead volume, traffic, and conversion — weekly
n

Who You Are

n

n
- A proven growth marketer who can own and run the full marketing engine independently
n
- Uses AI to ship 10x faster, and figures things out without hand-holding
n
- Strong in SEO fundamentals and content execution
n
- Fluent in WordPress (or similar CMS) and experienced with funnel/CRM tools
n
- Comfortable owning GA4 and Search Console
n
- Analytical — cares about results, not activity
n
- Energised by clearing a list and shipping, not by sitting in strategy meetings
n
- Self-directed and accountable — you set your own standards and hold to them
n

Required Experience

n

- 5-10 years in digital or growth marketing, with shipped results to show for it
n
- Demonstrated ability to own and run a marketing function independently, without a team around you
n
- Working knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
n
- Experience in property, finance, or lead-generation businesses (highly regarded)
