If you're a hospitality leader who is seeking for a genuine path up, this is the role.

The Role

You’ll lead the floor on your shifts during high-volume daytime service — running your section of the team, keeping service moving, and holding the standard when it’s busy.



You report to the FOH Assistant Manager and/or FOH Manager and work closely with them on the day-to-day.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading your shift and directing the FOH team on the floor
- Managing sections, seating flow and kitchen–floor communication
- Coaching team members in the moment and reinforcing service standards
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues as they come up
- Supporting opens, closes and handovers

About You

- Recent FOH experience in a busy café, restaurant or table-service venue
- Experience as a Supervisor, Shift Leader, or senior team member ready to step up
- Confidence directing a team under pressure
- Reliable, accountable, and genuinely hospitable

Highly regarded: coffee/barista experience, rostering or labour management exposure.

Availability

Weekend availability essential. Shifts primarily begin at 7:30AM. Flexibility across the operating week required.
