Cyber Transformation Program | 12 Month Contract | Melbourne (3 days onsite)

The Company

We're working with an ASX organisation, delivering a large-scale cyber transformation, looking for a Change & Communications Analyst to support a portfolio of cyber uplift initiatives. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You won't just write comms and tick off a stakeholder list - you'll be expected to understand what's changing and why, ask the right questions, and shape the change approach as much as execute it.

The Role

You'll support change and communications across multiple concurrent cyber initiatives spanning security framework uplift, secure development practices, access management, SaaS security, and data protection. The program-level change approach is still evolving, so you'll work closely with the Change Advisor to help build and embed that structure while also delivering across initiatives. A key part of the role is turning technical, security-heavy information into clear, audience-friendly content for a genuinely comms-heavy stakeholder base.

Responsibilities

- Running change impact and stakeholder analysis across multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Planning and developing comms - briefing packs, emails, intranet content, and PowerPoint.

- Engaging directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand what they need and how they're tracking.

- Supporting change readiness and adoption activities as initiatives move toward go-live
n
- Developing training and enablement materials where required.
n
- Coordinating change planning and reporting across initiatives, and helping shape structure and cadence as the program matures.

- Contributing to governance forum and SteerCo packs where needed.
n

Experience Required:

n

n
- Experience in change and communications within technology, cyber, or another complex transformation environment.
n
- Strong writing skills - able to translate technical or security-heavy content into clear, engaging, audience-appropriate material.
n
- Confident stakeholder engagement across both technical teams (developers, security engineers) and business stakeholders.
n
- A genuinely proactive mindset - comfortable working out what's actually needed rather than waiting for a fully defined brief.
n
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment
n
- Robust organisational skills to manage planning and reporting across multiple initiatives at once.
n
- Deep cyber expertise isn't required.
