As a Health & Fitness team member, you will be part of a dynamic, community-focused team at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence. The role offers opportunity for both professional and personal growth, with a focus on supporting members in reaching their health and fitness goals across Gym Floor, Personal Training, and Group Fitness.

Provide coaching and programming with a Strength and Conditioning background

About you

Passionate about health, fitness, and community
n
Love helping people and being part of a energetic team
n
Work well within a team, but are also comfortable with autonomy
n
Previous Strength and Conditioning background in coaching and programming
n
Hold a current First Aid and CPR plus Police/Working with Children Check
n
Must have Australian work rights
n
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (Cert IV required for Personal Training)
n
Free on-site gym & pool membership to all employees
n
A supportive and fun working environment
n
Centrally located site in the heart of Redfern, close to Redfern station and Waterloo Metro
n
Opportunity for ongoing training & development
n
A variety of morning, midday, afternoon and weekend shifts
