Even thoughit is the smaller facility out of the two with 79 beds, thelodge still offers the same amount of care and services withpermanent and respite care. As a Registered Nurse with raafa, you'll provideexceptional clinical care while supporting and guiding apassionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomesfor our residents.

- Registered Nurses with Mondayto Friday AM and PM availability
- Registered Nurses with Mondayto Friday PM and Night availability

InThis Role You Will





- Coordinate resident care, assessments and careplanning
- Deliver complex clinical care, including medicationadministration and wound management
- Monitor and respond to changing resident careneeds
- Collaborate with residents, families andmultidisciplinary teams
- Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance anddocumentation

Aboutyou

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- A passion for delivering person-centred aged care
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
