General Practitioner - Weekly Education, Dr Owned

n Every Wednesday, all 4 of this doctor owned group's clinics connect for an education day, and the partner GP on this site trained inside the group before buying in. The support doesn't end at fellowship here, it's the whole model.

1 Day or 5
n 1 to 2 days on offer, or full time if that's the week you want. A shorter week doesn't sideline you, the Wednesday education day connects all 4 sites weekly, whichever days you work.

Remuneration

- Average Site Billings $3500 or more

- Annual earnings for our GPs here are $600k +

- 70/30 split

- Bulk billing incentives on top

- Medicare paid direct to you, service fee invoiced monthly

- $150ph guarantee while you build

Clinical Work

- Care plans and chronic disease through the book, systems behind them
n
- A family demographic, generations booking with the same practice
n
- Aged care rounds and vaccination clinics when you're ready for them

Company, Culture and Site

Doctor owned and non corporate, a group of 4 practices led by its founding GP and built over the past 15 to 20 years. this site is run in partnershipwith a GP who trained inside the group before becoming a partner.

Senior GPs are across your cases, asking is how the place runs, not an interruption to it so that's where the growth id for newly fellowed GPs.

Every site is a teaching practice with registrars and students through the year, so supporting doctors early in their careers isn't an adjustment here, it's the operating model.

Medicare is paid direct to you with the service fee invoiced monthly, so the money is transparent from your first week.

10 consulting rooms with Best Practice software, 3 full time nurses, and underground parking. Excellently well run day to day by an experienced practice manager.
