AboutThe Role

n

As a Registered Nurse,you'llprovidea range of clinical care and support services for our residents,assistingthem to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

n

- Providing andmonitoringthe care of residents
n
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
n
- Developingappropriate therapeuticand caring relationships
n
- Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
n
- Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team
n

n

To be successful, you will have

n

n
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
n
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
n
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n
- NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain)prior to commencement
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents,familiesand all levels of staff
n
