Casual or part-time Chef de Partie working across the FRENCHIE & ALFIES GROUP venues. You will be rostered as required, including evenings and weekends, and will support preparation and service across different sections and venues needs.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with preparation and service across different sections
- Manage a busy section efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support section management and ordering
- Maintain standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency
- Work across multiple venues, service styles, and menus within the group

About you

- Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with Chef de Partie experience preferred
- Ability to manage a busy section efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work across multiple venues, service styles, and menus within the group




- Strong communication skills, a cheerful outlook, and the ability to work professionally under pressure
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, preparation standards, and kitchen procedures
