The Opportunity

This is a coordination-focused role supporting the delivery of sponsorships across a national events program.
Working closely with the Sponsorship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring sponsor deliverables are executed smoothly — acting as the link between internal teams and external partners.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy workplace, and is looking to build a career in events, sponsorship, or partnerships .

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end sponsorship deliverables across events and campaigns
- Act as a key point of contact for sponsors , managing queries and communications
- Track and manage contracts,



deliverables, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Support reporting, invoicing, and general coordination tasks
- Work closely with internal teams across events, marketing, and finance

About You

- Experience in events, coordination, or client-facing support roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
- High attention to detail, particularly across deliverables and reporting
- Exposure to CRM systems (Dynamics highly regarded)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
