Austin Health invites applications for a Senior Family Carer Peer Worker in the Older Adult Community Team. This permanent, full time role supports families and carers of older adults with mental health and AOD challenges, drawing on lived experience to provide peer support, education and advocacy.

You will engage one-to-one with carers, lead family education, run carer groups, navigate services and connect families with mental health, AOD and aged care supports.
