- Lismore based, primarily supporting Lismore, Nimbin and Bangalow branches
- Occasional travel to Kingscliff and Elanora(The Pinesbranch)whererequired
- $32.50 per hour + leave loading + superannuation
- 37.5 hoursper week

About the role

In this role,you’ll:

- Provide frontline relief support across our Lismore, Nimbin and Bangalow branches
- Help customers with everyday banking, enquiries, transactions, accountopeningand digital banking support
- Build robust customer relationships and support local branch teams
- Occasionally travel to Kingscliff and Elanora/The Pines whererequired
- Work independently whilemaintaininghigh service,accuracyand compliance standards

About you

Youdon’tneed banking experience, butyou’llneed to bring:

- Confidence working with customers and building relationships
- A warm,helpfuland professional service approach
- A calm, capable and reliable style, with good judgement
- Comfort working independently and adapting to different branches
- Good attention to detail and confidence following processes
- Willingness to learn banking systems,productsand compliance requirements
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel whenrequired

We want you to feel supported whiletravellingfor work. A Regional Australia Bank pool car will be provided whenever possible for travel between branches whererequired, and approved out-of-pocket work travel expenses will be covered.
