MSS Base Fire Protection is one of Sydney’s Leading Fire Protection companies and have been providing Design and Construct Fire Services for over 20 years.

Due to ongoing and growing demandwe now have a great opportunity available to employ an organised and motivated Project Manager Assistant - Fire Protection on a permanent basis to support our projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and project support to the Project Manager from commencement to completion.
- Assist with quotations, variations, pricing, progress claims, invoicing and cost tracking.
- Coordinate project documentation, submissions, handover manuals, registers and document control.
- Support procurement, scheduling, meetings, reporting and coordination of materials and equipment.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly.





Experience required:

- Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proactive team player with relevant construction/project administration experience highly regarded.

Valid Work Rights

- You must be an Australian Citizen, Australia Permanent Resident or have a valid working visa.
- You must be able to obtain police clearance and working with children check.
