We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including receiving and dispatching goods, inventory management, container unloading, order processing and general warehouse administration.
The successful candidate will be practical, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience in product design or CAD would be an advantage, but is not essential.
About the Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including receiving and dispatching goods, inventory management, container unloading, order processing and general warehouse administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the warehouse is organised, clean and efficient
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock
- Unload shipping containers and organise stock safely and efficiently
- Check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Load goods for freight collection and local deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damaged goods or missing stock
- Process stock movements and update inventory records in our internal system
- Process and respond to order-related emails and general warehouse enquiries
- Check customer purchase orders and ensure orders are correctly prepared for dispatch
- Prepare delivery, packing and other relevant warehouse documentation
- Assist with product labelling, packaging and assembly when required
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems
- Assist with improving warehouse organisation, stock control and operational processes
- Perform general warehouse and administrative duties as required
Product Design Skills – Advantage
Experience or skills in the following would be highly regarded:
- Product design or product development
- CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design software
- Reading and understanding basic technical drawings
- Preparing or modifying product drawings
- Basic understanding of furniture, metal components or manufacturing processes
Design experience is not essential. Training can be provided to the right candidate.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience
- Experience unloading shipping containers
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling duties
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel and email
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills
- The ability to process and respond to emails accurately and professionally
- A reliable, responsible and proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
A current forklift licence and experience operating a forklift would be highly desirable.
