Job Description

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our Moranbah office. This full‐time role supports training, compliance and day‐to‐day administration, with a fixed in‐office schedule.

You will manage onboarding paperwork, update employee records, process timesheets and purchase orders, book travel, maintain filing and assist across site systems in a fast‐paced, team-oriented environment.
