We are seekingexperienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) workplace.

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Experience in mental health and trauma-informed support
n
- Preferable experience in nursing or supporting complex health needs
n
- Skills with complex medical presentations
n
- Experience supporting participants with complex mental health needs
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team delivering therapeutic supports
n
- Experience implementing allied health plans, including mealtime management plans
n
- Solid understanding of restrictive practices and behaviour support plans
n
- Experience delivering goal-focused supports with a strong capacity-building approach
n
