Job Description

Giftd Collective is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers across our gifting brands from the Artarmon office. You will handle orders, deliveries, and enquiries, and work closely with kitchen, warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

You should have 2+ years in customer service or related roles, robust communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
