What we are looking for

Experience working in a similar role for 3+ years

n

Excellentknowledge of food and produce

n

Great communication and organizational skills

n

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

n

Have full Australian working rights

n

Availability to work weekend and night shifts

n

Work with the Pastry teamto maintain consistency in their section and in the food presentation.

n

Provide guidance and support to junior chefs

n

Work calmly and professionally with a large and diverse team.

n

Key Selection Criteria

n





Previous experience at a similar level in a premium dining or hatted venue.

n

Passion and motivation for the role.

n

Strong product knowledge

n

Exceptional grooming standards and strong attention to detail essential.

n

Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
