Job Description

Peoplebank in Sydney is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to deliver Level 1 and 2 ICT support across the organisation for a federal government client. The role is primarily onsite with one day of work from home every two weeks, commencing ASAP through to 31 January 2027 with potential extensions.

You will provide hands-on support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps and services, Exchange Online, Intune, and AV/VC systems, while maintaining documentation and participating in incident
