About the role

Sippy Tom is a busy cafe with a rotating seasonal menu operating 7 days a week in the Winchcombe Carson Woolstores, Teneriffe, Brisbane. We are looking for a manager to join our team of other passionate managers on a 5 day roster with no nights and no split shifts.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Establish and maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
n
- Monitor and complete assigned schedules
n
- Oversee inventory, budgeting, wage costing, and roster scheduling
n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
n
- Foster a positive team culture
n

About you

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a manager in a similar environment
n
- Solid work ethic and high motivation
n
- Passion for and pride in your work
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Excellent organizational skills
n
- Passion for hospitality and a drive to master your craft
n
