Job Description
Supply & Demand Planner: Wholesale Hardware
n

We're looking for a commercially minded Supply & Demand Planner who loves turning data into action to work with a global leader in Power Tools. This is a hands-on role in demand planning while working closely across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
Drive the Demand Plan
n
n
- Build and manage monthly forecasts across multiple states
n
- Bring together sales data, trends, promotions and market insights
n
- Adjust quickly as things change
n
- Continuously refine and improve forecast accuracy
n
n
Shape Supply & Inventory
n
n
- Align supply plans with demand, inventory targets and operational capacity
n
- Work closely with supply chain and operations to keep things on track
n
- Identify risks early and help solve them before they become problems
n
- Balance stock levels without compromising service
n
n
Partner Across the Business
n
n
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to bring commercial plans to life
n
- Contribute to S&OP; and planning forums
n
- Provide clear, practical insights that influence decisions
n
n
Turn Data into Insight
n
n
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports
n
- Use ERP systems and Excel to analyse trends and performance
n
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and save costs
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
- 4+ years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analytics
n
- Experience working in S&OP; or integrated planning environments
n
- Strong systems capability (ERP/MRP — Iptor, AS400 or similar)
n
- Advanced Excel skills (you're comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and working with large data sets)
n
- A sharp analytical mindset — you see the story behind the numbers
n
- Strong communication skills — you can influence without overcomplicating
n
- Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
n
- Experience with tools like Netstock or similar planning systems is a bonus.
n
