Job Description

Busy Bees is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead our national payroll function from the National Support Centre in Nundah. This hybrid, full time role oversees a payroll team processing about 3,000 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

You will drive improvements across payroll systems and processes, mentoring staff and partnering with stakeholders to support growth and efficiency. A strong focus on Australia's payroll rules and multi-site operations is essential.
