In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the Sales department
n
- Developing and executing sales strategies
n
- The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department
n
- High-quality customer service
n
- Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have a proven track record in automotive sales
n
- Have prior experience in management or as an Assistant Manager/2IC
n
- Be able to build rapport with customers and staff
n
