Established for over 20 years, we are a trusted name in the industry - with staff and warehouses in QLD /VICTORIA AND NSW . Due to our growing team and increasing workload in Queensland, we are now seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join us and assist with hands on day to day operations

The role

n

In this position, you will oversee our Queensland warehouse operations while utilizing your experience and skills in warehousing and equipment management . You will manage the hands on day-to-day running of the warehouse, handle stock control, and coordinate with our delivery team to ensure seamless operations. Loading/ unlading trucks managing the unloading of containers. Log stock and stock take with our CRM and communicate stock levels and checks with interstate staff.

Also unbox and prepare units for loading onto our truck daily both for sales or hire .Keep the warehouse tidy and organised so access is at a premium

Key Responsibilities

n

- Warehouse Management:Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain an organized facility.
n
- Stock Control:Monitor stock levels and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
n
- Logistics Coordination:Organize refrigeration units for delivery and schedule the delivery driver.
n
- Technical Work:check and repair stock , tidy clean and organise units , remove from pallets and palletise
n
- Use our CRM , word spreadsheet and office
n
- Organise our driver and assist on some deliveries
n
- Assist on large events and tradeshows and large supermarket jobs onsite to load ion and out
n
- Book service calls and deal with clients
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- Experienced equipment warehouse manager
n
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
n
- Experience in warehouse inventory control or logistics management.
n
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate drivers and deliveries.
n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
n
- sharp computer skills which we can train and nurture
n
- must have loading and unloading experience and fork license
