An exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Beef Bone Area Leader (PM) has arisen at our Brooklyn Plant. Working 'hands-on', providing support, leadership, and mentoring to the Beef team, you will implement initiatives to improve our high standards of safety, quality, and animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the beef bone area to ensure efficiency and productivity.
n
- Assist the Beef Shift Supervisor in coordinating and managing shift activities.
n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
n
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
n




- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills and performance.
n
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
n
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and employee performance.
n
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
n
