Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator - Murrumba Downs

We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Coordinatorfor a short-term contract chance based initially in Murrumba Downs, with possible coverage at Springfield during September.

n

This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone with experience across facilities, trades, property or asset maintenancewho enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and working with contractors and site stakeholders.

n

The Role Working closely with site teams, contractors and client stakeholders, you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of facilities and maintenance services.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
n
- Managing day-to-day contractor and subcontractor activities
n
- Supporting work order management and subcontractor queries
n
- Conducting site inspections and audits and following up outstanding actions
n
- Monitoring contractor performance against scope, budget and compliance requirements
n
- Liaising with site staff, client stakeholders and internal teams
n
- Coordinating day-to-day activities with site-based officers and supervisors
n
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, plans and reporting
n
- Acting as a key point of contact for facilities and asset maintenance matters
n

About You

n

You will be an organised,



personable and practical operatorwho can think on your feet and confidently manage multiple priorities.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in facilities coordination, asset maintenance, property maintenance or a trades environment
n
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong practical problem-solving skills
n
- Project coordination or project management experience would be advantageous
n
- Trade, property or facilities-related qualifications would be highly regarded
n

Requirements

- Current driver's licence
n
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
n

n
