World Gym Tuggerah is looking for a high-performing Membership Consultant who genuinely lives and breathes sales.

n

This is not a role for someone who simply takes enquiries and processes memberships. We are looking for a proven sales professional who loves the chase, knows how to build rapport quickly, follows up relentlessly and takes real pride in beating targets.

n

You will be the face of World Gym for prospective members turning leads, walk-ins and referrals into long-term members through exceptional service, high-energy club tours and confident closing.

Membership Consultant / Sales Professional

About the role

n

As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Converting leads, walk-ins, referrals and online enquiries into memberships
n
- Conducting engaging, personalised club tours that sell the World Gym experience
n
- Building strong rapport and understanding each prospect's goals
n
- Following up every opportunity with urgency, consistency and purpose
n
- Working towards and exceedingly daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs
n
- Creating local business and community relationships to generate new leads
n
- Supporting member retention through outstanding customer service
n
- Maintaining accurate notes, appointments and activity in our sales systems
n
- Contributing to a positive, energetic and high-performance club culture
n

About you

n

You are competitive, confident and commercially minded.



You know that great sales is about listening well, solving the right problem and asking for the sale.

n

To succeed in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Extensive membership sales experience within a gym, health club or fitness environment
n
- A demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
n
- Strong closing skills and confidence handling objections
n
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and customer-service skills
n
- A high level of self-motivation, accountability and drive
n
- The discipline to follow up leads properly, no opportunity left behind
n
- Experience using CRM or membership-management systems
n
- A polished, qualified presentation and a genuine passion for health and fitness
n
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends where required
n
