Our premier hospitality group clients is dropping a massive new multi-concept destination in Darlinghurst - and now are looking to find the leader who will take the keys and launch to success. Think - Japanese inspired, hatted experience and luxury service galore. Launching an ambitious dining and entertainment precinct: a polished 120-seat restaurant paired with a high-octane 150-capacity late-night bar, powered by a rare 4 am license. They need a powerhouse General Manager (or Precinct Director) to take full operational ownership, build a world-class team from scratch, and put this flagship venue on Sydney's cultural map.

What You'll Run

- Lead the pre-opening rollout, build operational SOPs alongside our Group GM and Executive Chef, and orchestrate a flawless launch
n
- Be the face of the restaurant and inspire and mentor venue management and front of house teams
n
- Elevate the guest experience across two distinct concepts- transitioning seamlessly from premium dining to high-energy late-night service
n




- Maintain total commercial ownership- driving revenue, mastering COGS, optimising labor, and managing a 7-day operation
n
- Monitor financial performance and achieve business targets
n
- Recruit, mentor, roster and rally a top-tier team, establishing a high-performing culture that people want to work in

What You Bring to the Floor

- 5+ years leading high-volume, multi-outlet venues or late-night precinct operations in Australia
n
- Proven mastery of late-night venue licensing, AM operations, WHS, and RSA regulation
n
- You understand the precision of dining rooms and the speed of high-volume bar service
n
- A natural, visible leader who owns the floor during peak trade and leads from the front
