Project Manager | $50M Modular Co-Living & Temporary Accommodation

Location: Parramatta Area, NSW

Package: $220,000 - $280,000 (Base + Super + Car Allowance/Bonus)

Stage: Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) starting soon

About the Opportunity

Our client, an industry-leading tier-2 builder known for pioneering modern methods of construction, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead a landmark $50M modular co-living and temporary accommodation development in the Parramatta area. With the ECI phase kicking off imminently, you will take full ownership of the project early-driving design optimization, off-site manufacturing integration, and procurement before leading the build through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

- ECI & Pre-construction Lead: Partner closely with clients, architects, and modular manufacturers to refine D&C; plans and drive constructability.
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee site establishment, procurement, staging, budget control, and program management through to completion.
- Off-Site & On-Site Synchronization: Manage the interface between off-site modular fabrication and civil/groundworks on site.
- Stakeholder & Subcontractor Engagement: Drive high-performing site teams and subbie networks while maintaining strong client relationships.




- Safety & Quality: Ensure strict compliance with build standards, safety protocols, and quality assurances specific to modular builds.

We're Looking For Experience

- Proven track record delivering $30M-$60M+ commercial or residential builds as a lead Project Manager within Sydney.

Modular/Pre-Fab Knowledge

- Previous experience with prefabricated/modular construction, temporary accommodation, or student housing is highly regarded.

ECI Capability

- Solid background leading Early Contractor Involvement phases and D&C; methodologies.

Commercial Acumen

- Outstanding financial management, contract administration, and value-engineering skills.

Qualifications

- Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
