As we continue to invest in growth, we are seeking a high-performing sales leader to expand our portfolio through the acquisition of established strata schemes, in the role of Associate Director – Business Development . The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of growth across Greater Sydney and the Hunter region . This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will shape and execute the sales strategy, build relationships, and win new business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving acquisition of established strata schemes
- Developing and executing targeted growth and sales strategies
- Generating and qualifying leads through effective marketing and engagement activities
- Building strong relationships with committees, owners, and stakeholders
- Positioning Strata Sense’s value proposition and converting opportunities
- Leading and supporting a Business Development Associate to deliver against growth targets

About You

As a highly motivated sales professional, you thrive on achieving lots-under-management growth targets.



You take ownership of building a strong pipeline of established strata schemes opportunities, proactively progressing prospects through the sales cycle and successfully converting them into long-term management clients. In this role, and through your efforts, you will play a key part in driving the continued success and expansion of the Strata Sense client base.

You will bring:

- 5+ years’ professional sales experience in Strata Management, Property Services, or a related industry
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong end-to-end sales capability (i.e., lead generation, prospect qualification, positioning, negotiation, closing)
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans
- A reputation for professionalism and enhancing client experience
