About the Chance

n

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Gepps Cross Distribution Centre and play a key role in leading our frontline team.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for bringing people together, setting the standard and making sure the operation runs safely, efficiently and on time.

n

You don't need to be someone who sits behind a desk. We're looking for a leader who is visible on the floor, builds genuine relationships with their team, tackles challenges head-on and knows how to get the best out of people.

Working Hours

n

n
- Core shifts vary between Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM – 7:00 PM
n
- Occasional Saturday work may be required, but only on an as-needed basis
n

In this Role

n

n
- Lead and motivate a warehouse team, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive, high-performing culture
n
- Coach, develop and support team members through regular feedback, training and performance conversations
n
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, dispatch and inventory activities
n
- Monitor productivity, service levels and operational KPIs to ensure targets are consistently achieved
n
- Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
n
- Manage workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational demands and customer requirements
n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, accuracy and operational performance
n

You're Likely a Match If

n

- Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics, FMCG, distribution or supply chain workplace
n
- A passion for leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
n
- Strong people management skills, with the confidence to provide feedback and manage performance conversations
n
- A hands‐on leadership style,



with the ability to lead by example and stay connected to day‐to‐day operations
n
- The ability to make decisions, solve problems and prioritise effectively in a fast‐paced environment
n
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards and delivering excellent customer outcomes
n
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning technology and other warehouse operational systems
n
