Corporate / M&A; Lawyer | 5+ PAE | Gold Coast

We're working with a highly regarded Gold Coast firm looking to add an experienced corporate lawyer to its established commercial team.

Working directly with ex-top tier Corporate Partners, you'll advise private businesses, investors and corporate clients across:

- Private M&A;, acquisitions and disposals
- Business and share sale transactions
- Bespoke commercial agreements
- Shareholder and unitholder agreements
- Supply and operational contracts
- Corporate structuring and advisory work

This is a genuine corporate practice. The firm regularly acts opposite major national firms on sophisticated transactions and is looking for someone who already has a developed corporate/commercial skillset and can take meaningful responsibility for matters.

About you

You’ll ideally have:

- 5+ years' PAE in corporate/commercial law
- Meaningful M&A; and transactional experience




- Solid bespoke drafting and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage transactions with appropriate autonomy
- Strong client relationship skills

At the more senior level, there is also scope to supervise junior lawyers, develop client relationships and play a broader role in the growth of the practice.
