About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice and support across corporate, commercial, compliance, governance, and risk management matters.



This role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to protect the organization's interests, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex legal issues while driving ethical and compliant business practices.

How you’ll make an impact

- Provide timely and practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and governance matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of business agreements and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across business operations.Identify legal and compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization.
- Support internal investigations, audits, and regulatory inquiries when required.
- Partner with leadership teams to support strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and business expansion activities.
- Promote a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance through guidance, training, and awareness programs.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor's Degree in Law; Master's Degree or additional legal qualifications preferred.
- Qualified lawyer with active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.8–12+ years of experience in corporate law, compliance, regulatory affairs,



or legal advisory roles.Solid knowledge of corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Experience working with multinational organizations or complex corporate environments is an advantage.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
