About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our esteemed clients team based in Adelaide. This position is based on a Monday to Friday full‑time roster.

Duties and responsibilities

- Lead and manage medium to large contracts and projects
- Develop contract and negotiation strategies for projects
- Oversee budgets, resources, and contract risk management
- Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements




- Review and approve contracts and commercial recommendations
- Support bidding, proposals, and client engagement activities
- Manage and develop contract management staff and processes

Skills and experience required

- 10+ years’ experience managing contracts on large EPC projects
- Solid understanding of commercial, legal, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple functions
- Experience developing contract strategies, budgets, and risk assessments
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
