Job Description

Northern Sydney Local Health District's Multicultural Health Service in Cremorne seeks a bicultural Tibetan health worker to partner with Tibetan consumers in Northern Sydney to improve their health and wellbeing.

You will work in a agile team at Cremorne Community Health Centre, focusing on implementing the Tibetan Refugee Health Check-Up Program and developing strategies to enhance health outcomes for the Tibetan community.
