About the Role

n

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories to retail, trade, and internal customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting workshop operations, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately interpret customer and technician parts requirements
n
- Identify, order, and supply genuine Toyota parts and accessories
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and parts documentation
n
- Support workshop and sales departments with parts enquiries
n
- Promote and maximise parts and accessory sales opportunities
n
- Assist in maintaining an organised and efficient parts department
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive industry (preferred)
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
n
- Sound computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems
n
- Knowledge of Toyota products and systems will be highly regarded
n
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
