Windsor Toyota is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Windsor, NSW. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. What you'll be doing

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements and preferences

- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our range of new Toyota vehicles
n
- Negotiate pricing and close sales, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for the customer
n
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing and promotions
n
- Provide follow-up support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships
n
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs

- Relevant sales experience is desirable but not essential
