About the Role
n
As a Senior Café Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the café, leading and supporting the team, maintaining high service standards and ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience.
n
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident working in a busy hospitality environment, can take ownership of a shift and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options to customers.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
n
- Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area.
n
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
n
- 3+ years of hospitality or café experience, with senior/supervisory experience highly regarded
n
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
n
- A strong understanding of café and hospitality operations
n
- A positive, professional and reliable attitude
n
- The ability to work independently and make confident decisions
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
n
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts throughout the week
n
n
The role requires flexibility across operating hours of 8:00am - 12:00am, with varying shifts throughout the week.
n
Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and peak periods will be required.
