The Role

A recent opportunity has arisen for a Float Legal Assistant to work in our Sydney office supporting both transactional and litigation-based practices. This is a full-time role in the office.

Responsibilities will include the following:

n

n
- Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
n
- Diary management;
n
- Opening and closing files
n
- Archiving;
n
- Coordinating team meetings/events; and
n

n

Who We Are Looking For

n

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience as a legal assistant. You will have excellent communication and diary management skills,



with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting and have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative. Strong attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines will be beneficial. The core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm.

Considering law students who can work full-time and have at least 2 years remaining on their degree.
