About the Role

As our Night Manager, you will be the hotel's Manager on Duty, leading overnight operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities include overseeing the night audit process, maintaining safety and security, and supporting the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all overnight hotel operations and act as the primary point of contact for guests and team members
n
- Deliver exceptional guest service, proactively resolving guest concerns and creating memorable experiences
n
- Maintain a visible management presence and support VIP, repeat and long‐stay guests
n
- Lead, coach and support overnight team members, ensuring service, presentation and operational standards are met
n
- Complete night audit, financial reconciliations and reporting accurately and on time
n
- Monitor compliance with hotel policies, procedures, security and safety requirements
n
- Liaise with departments to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest experience
n
- Protect hotel assets, monitor cash handling processes and identify operational improvements
n
- Respond to incidents, emergencies and overnight operational matters as required
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role within hospitality
n
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service and night audit procedures
n




- Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
n
- Excellent communication, problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
n
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a quick‐paced environment
n
- Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and organisational skills
n
- Availability to work a rotating roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service
n
