Job Description
We are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an FP&AAnalyst; to play a pivotal role in delivering reporting, analytics, financial insights, and process improvement initiatives across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for reporting, data and how it intersects with the finance function of a complex, dynamic organisation. You'll be working closely with finance, operations, sales, and technology stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
n
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical reporting solutions, supporting FP&A; activities, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and data visualisation tools.
n
Partnering with multiple business functions, you will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities, improve reporting capability, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Design, develop, and maintain accurate KPI and performance reporting dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
n
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into meaningful solutions.
n
- Review and improve information flows, data governance, and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
n
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements.
n
- Develop and maintain financial and operational reporting.
n
- Provide analysis, modelling, and forecasting support.
n
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business specific reporting requirements.
n
- Contribute to business improvement projects, feasibility assessments, and process optimisation initiatives.
n
- Support the ongoing evolution of reporting frameworks and business intelligence capabilities.
n

You will bring:
n
n
- Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or similar.
n
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A;, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar roles (preferred).
n
- Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI, alongside ERP Oracle (preferred)
n
- Strong financial modelling and reporting capabilities.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
n
- Proactive and collaborative approach.
