The Role:

n

n
- Oversee the day‐to‐day operations and presentation of the building
n
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance
n
- Manage contractors, suppliers and building services
n
- Liaise with residents, Body Corporate and Strata Management
n
- Manage operational budgets, invoices and expenditureEnsure building compliance, WHS and fire safety requirements are maintained
n
- Conduct regular building inspections
n
- Assist with CAPEX, defects and building improvement projects
n
- Maintain building records and reporting through MYBOS
n
- Deliver a high level of resident service and issue resolution
n

n

The Candidate:

n

n
- 4+ years' experience in Building, Facilities or Property Management
n
- Real Estate Licence or Certificate required
n
- Residential, strata or mixed‐use experience highly regarded
n
- Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance
n
- Confident managing contractors and budgets
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions focused
n
- MYBOS experience advantageous
