What you will learn:

- The Fundamentals: Mastering doughs, batters, creams, and classic pastry techniques.
n
- Precision Baking: Scaling ingredients accurately and understanding kitchen chemistry.
n
- Artistic Design: Piping,
plating, and decorating cakes and fine desserts.
n
- Kitchen Operations: Food safety, hygiene standards, and commercial equipment operation.
n

To suit this role, you will be an eager and motivated individual with a passion for food and baking and eager to kick-start your culinary career! You will have good communication skills, seek out opportunities to learn and show initiative in your everyday duties..

In order to be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must be either an:

- Australian Permanent Residency
n
- New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
