Job Description
Pact Contract Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and drive reliability, safety and operational performance across the site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure equipment availability and lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Key responsibilities include managing SAP PM/CMMS, leading root cause analyses, and supporting production through shutdowns and commissioning while driving uptime and OEE improvements.
