We are looking for a motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales & Fitness Representative to join our team and help us grow Major Fitness's presence in the Brisbane market.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales, fitness and sport, who enjoys meeting people, developing new business and building long-term customer relationships.

About You

n

We are looking for someone with:

n

n
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in fitness, health, wellness, retail or a related industry.
n
- Experience in sales, business development, inside sales or account management.
n
- A genuine interest in fitness, gyms and sport.
n
- Good knowledge of gym equipment and how common fitness equipment is used.
n
- Strong telephone, communication and face-to-face sales skills.
n
- Confidence approaching businesses and developing new sales opportunities.
n
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
n
- Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
n
- Strong customer service, negotiation and follow-up skills.
n
- A positive, proactive and resilient attitude.
n
- A current Australian driver's licence is preferred.
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Making outbound calls and developing new sales opportunities.
n
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
n
- Developing wholesale B2B and B2C customers across Brisbane.
n
- Visiting gyms, fitness studios, personal training facilities, retailers and other related businesses.
n
- Supporting both wholesale and retail sales.
n
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable fitness equipment.
n
- Presenting and demonstrating Major Fitness products.
n
- Preparing quotations, following up leads and closing sales.
n
- Managing leads and customer information through our CRM.
n
- Helping identify new industries, businesses and sales channels.
n




- Supporting local market development and brand growth.
n
- Participating in shopping centre promotions, fitness events and other local promotional activities.
n
- Representing Major Fitness professionally in the Brisbane market.
n
