CSR Limited is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our two Wetherill Park sites, overseeing ~80 staff and 8 direct reports. You will drive safety, productivity, and financial outcomes, while shaping a high-performance culture across a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will balance people leadership with operational discipline, manage unions, and lead significant capital projects to deliver long-term value for CSR and its teams.
