Contec Recruitment in Brisbane seeks an experienced Design Manager to drive design delivery for major residential towers. You will work with in-house teams across design, development, construction and project management to shape projects from concept through pre-DA and design development.

The role requires broad experience with builders and consultants, robust buildability perspective, and the ability to balance cost, programme and procurement strategy across a multi-disciplinary team.
