Job Description
State Street Australia is seeking a Vice President to lead the coordination and enhancement of legal entity governance across Australian entities.
You will drive governance frameworks, regulatory deliverables and operational resiliency, interfacing with APRA/ASIC expectations and the wider State Street network.
You will guide first line risk activities including outsourcing and business continuity, influence senior stakeholders and support governance reporting to boards and committees.
