MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Residential House Supervisor to lead our OOHC program in Forest Hill, VIC.
You will oversee a team of Residential Care Workers, ensuring protected, consistent and empowering care for children and young people with complex needs.
You will bring robust leadership, a calm, resilient approach and the ability to mentor staff within a therapeutic residential setting.
The role is full time and based in office in Forest Hill.
