The Role

- Manage an established commercial property portfolio

- Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
n
- Manage leases, renewals, rent reviews and negotiations
n
- Oversee maintenance, contractors and compliance
n
- Manage budgets, reporting and financial performance
n
- Provide proactive commercial advice to clients
n
- Work collaboratively with leasing and sales teams

About You

- Proven commercial property management experience
n
- Solid knowledge of commercial leasing
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Commercially minded and client-focused
n
- Queensland real estate licence
n
